Ahhh Cinco de Mayo... margaritas, chips and salsa, enchiladas...yum! Despite how amazing all of this tastes, drinking and high sodium foods will wreak havoc on your ability to get in shape. If you want to be ready for summer, one day of eating like this will set you back at least a week. You won't gain 5 pounds overnight, but I promise you the scale will go up due to water retention.
